Understanding the concept of Paramatma
Paramatma is an energy which guides you towards your betterment. It is less about worshiping him or her and more about realising your real worth. Hinduism believes that there are two forms of energy
Masculine energy (Parabrahman)
and
Feminine energy (Paraadishakti)
Energy strives to perform three functions
- Generating
- Preserving
- Destroying
The Masculine energy, therefore, manifests itself in three forms for the above purposes
Brahma
Vishnu
Mahesh
The feminine energy is the reservoir of energy that not only take care of each and every function of the universe but also support the Masculine energy to perform their part.
Saraswati
Lakshmi
Shakti
Saraswati provides Brahma with the ocean of knowledge so that he can generate creatures accordingly.
Lakshmi on the other hand is the goddess of wealth, helping her husband Vishnu in nursing the creations.
Shakti, usually called as Parvati symbolizes power. Shiv Shakti together destroy the negative forces and the evilness.
